The project involves the procurement and installation of new meter pits with meter and backflow preventers, as well as security fencing around the Authority's two source wells. A bid bond or certified check payable to the Franklin Township Municipal Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price will be required. This project will be funded by a Statewide Local Share Assessment Grant (LSA). As such, certain provisions such as Pennsylvania prevailing wages and non-discrimination/sexual harassment obligations will apply. The owner reserves the right, as its interest may require, to reject any and all proposals or to waive any formalities or technicalities. ** doc info : Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for re-use) within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Keller Engineers, Inc. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
