Invitation to Bid the Franklin Township Board of Supervisors Will Accept Sealed Bids at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 55 Scott School Rd, Orrtanna, Pa 17353, Until 3:00 P.m. On Thursday, April 3, 2025 for the Following: 1. Township Parking Lot Repaving. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Made Payable to Franklin Township, as a Proposal Guarantee Which, It is Understood, Will Be Forfeited in Case the Supplier Fails to Comply With the Requirements of the Proposal. Sealed Bids Must Be Clearly Marked With "road Project for Scott School Road/ Bottom Road." and "township Parking Lot Repaving" on the Outside of the Envelope. All Work Shall Be Performed in Accordance With Penndot Publication 408 Standard Specifications. Prevailing Wages Must Be Included in All Bids. Franklin Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
