Renovation of a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Charlotte hereby invites sealed bids for the following project at Charlotte Douglas International Airport: FBO North Basin Retrofit AVIA 26-09 This project will be to retrofit the existing stormwater basin along airport Drive by replacing the existing riser structure, removal and replacement of approximately 88 LF of 30" pipe, lining the existing 30" pipe underneath the roadway, and constructing a wingwall to protect the outfall. Title VI Solicitation Notice: The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this Invitation to Bid, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age or disability in consideration for an award. Question Deadline 10/02/2025 at 5:00 PM ET: Written requests for clarification must be submitted electronically through the Online Bid Portal Q&A board.
