The intent of this prequalification (RFQu) process is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to identify the most qualified Applicants with successful experience in Ecological Restoration Services (referred to as "Work"). This Prequalification is for General Contractors only. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, stream restoration through the use of natural channel design techniques, outfall restoration, and the restoration, enhancement, and creation of wetlands. Prequalification Applications will NOT be accepted from subcontractors.
