Consisting of the construction of two county bridges, including reinforced concrete boxes and concrete block wing walls, and associated appurtenances located in section 31, t-24-n, r-14-e & section 6, t-23-n, r-14-e I.B.M.., Washington county, Oklahoma . The Contractor shall accept the payment from the Owner, as herein provided in the Contract, as full payment for the following: o Providing all materials, equipment, labor, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the work; o Performing all work required by the Contract; o Loss or damage arising from the nature of the work, or from the action of the elements, or from any unforeseen difficulties; o All risks of every description connected with the prosecution of the work; o All expenses incurred in consequence of the suspension or discontinuance of work. o Any infringement of patent, trademark, or copyright; and o Completing the work as required by the Contract SCOPE: Furnish materials, equipment and perform labor required to execute the work required to complete the construction of the project as indicated on the drawings and specified herein. 1.2.1 Task to include: 1.2.1.1 Remove and dispose of existing structure. 1.2.1.2 Excavate area to elevations shown. 1.2.1.3 Grade area to elevations shown. 1.2.1.4 Backfill around structure after structure has been completed. 1.2.1.5 Provide, place and complete any Rip Rap or permanent erosion control measures associated with the proposed roadway. 1.2.1.6 Provide, place and complete any Sod work associated with the proposed roadway. 1.2.1.7 Place twin bridges reinforced concrete boxes as shown on the construction plans. 1.2.1.8 Construct concrete block wingwalls as shown on the construction plans. 1.2.1.9 Purchase, import, place, compact and grade ODOT Type 'A' aggregate base materials and associated appurtenances. 1.2.1.10 All excavation including but not limited to, finish excavating under structure to proposed grade, excavation for toe walls and all other related excavation for the foundation, any excavation required to expedite construction, fine grading and associated appurtenances for the construction of the RCB and wingwalls as shown on the construction plans. 1.2.1.11 Construct and maintain all measures required to maintain a dry work area. 1.2.1.12 All form work and associated appurtenances required to produce a complete product as set forth in the construction plans. 1.2.1.13 All concrete placement and associated appurtenances required to produce a complete product as set forth in the construction plans. 1.2.1.14 All cleanup of construction materials and debris generated during the construction of the twin bridges as set forth in the construction plans. 1.2.1.15 The Contractor shall coordinate the work to the extent and intent that complete development is produced. 1.2.1.16 The Contract includes all items and work shown as called for on the Drawings and in the Specifications.
