Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued. The scope of work is to reconfigure and renovate Suites 300, 315, 320, and 330, totaling approximately 6,520 gsf (6,264 asf), on the third floor of the UCLA Westwood Center to consolidate them into a single larger suite to be occupied by UCLA Health Planning, Design, and Construction team. The renovated space would provide open-office space, a private office, four restrooms, a breakroom, four booths, three conference rooms, a storage room, a plotter room, and a materials library. The UCLA Westwood Center, located at 924 Westwood Blvd is a 292,867 gsf (121,093 asf) 11-story building, with three basement levels and a mezzanine floor, constructed in 1972. The existing telecommunication room and Suite 350 would remain as-is. The proposed scope of work includes interior demolition; installation of new partitions, ceilings, and flooring; new interior finishes; and modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the new program. Asbestos-containing materials is present and would be abated prior to construction. Prime Contractor to select Abatement Contractor.
