Renovation of a military facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to purchase and install mini-split HVAC systems in five duty rooms, each approximately 1,000 square feet, at Station San Diego. Tasks include mobilization, site preparation, installation of indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping and electrical connections, system testing and commissioning, debris disposal, user training, demobilization, and final inspection. All work must comply with industry standards and applicable regulations. Contractor personnel must carry valid photo identification, and vehicles must have proper registration and insurance. Daily cleanup is required, and all construction areas must be restored to their original condition upon completion. The government will provide electricity, parking, and laydown area, but not bathroom facilities. Work hours are limited to 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized.
