Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Railroad Street Reconditioning The work includes bituminous resurfacing, curb and gutter, ADA upgrades, sidewalk replacement, traffic signal replacement, and street light replacement. Work shall occur along Railroad Street from 5th Avenue West though Canal Park Drive. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT AWARD DATE: November 1, 2025 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: September 4, 2026 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: October 16, 2026 QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions regarding this project via email to jjurewicz@duluthmn.gov. Responses will be issued as addendum to this solicitation. Deadline to submit questions is September 30, 2025 by 4:00 PM CT. The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award or waive informalities, irregularities or minor deviations from the specifications, if deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Price may not be the only consideration for bid award. Bids must be firm for a minimum of 60 days.
