State Project No. 2026-180-8F119 This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 6% (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Mobilization, traffic control, and construction staking 2. Demolition and disposal of existing 8ft x 10ft x 100 ft concrete box culvert with headwalls and wingwalls. 3. Complete approximately 200 ft of stream restoration, including stream diversion, toewood and riffle construction, bankfull bench, and floodplain grading. 4. Excavation and lower Willard Munger Trail elevation up to 13 ft over 1000 ft of trail length. 5. Structure excavation, granular/ structural backfill, and embankment earthwork. 6. Installation and testing of driven steel H -piles (foundations) 7. Construction of reinforced-concrete footings (2) and abutments (2) (MnDOT Mix 1G52 & 3B52) 8. Placement of a 100 ft long x 12 ft wide weathering steel truss bridge with a concrete deck. 9. 1600 ft of bituminous trail resurfacing 10. Vegetation installation and protection. 11.
