The contractor shall service or replace three existing wall-mounted HVAC systems in the first-level berthing area to restore functionality and install new split unit HVAC systems throughout the entire 4,015-square-foot building. Exterior components of the split systems will be mounted on the flat section of the roof. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation in compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations. Tasks include mobilization, pre-installation assessment, servicing or replacement of existing units, preparation for installation, installation of interior and exterior components, system testing and commissioning, disposal of old equipment and materials, documentation of work performed, and demobilization. Daily cleanup and restoration of all construction areas to their original condition are required. Work must be performed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized.
