Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Job description: Removal of existing floor and installation of continuous epoxy flooring approximately 6,000 Sf to be done in phases as the center remains open. Work hours must be flexible can include weekends, overnight & off hours. Floor work will be in conjunction with furniture vendors in regards to cabinet removal and installation. Floor vendor must create barriers following all ICRA and ILSM measures to separate work areas from patient areas Job Detail: Surface Preparation - Supply all labor and equipment for: Removal of existing flooring and disposal of all flooring to be discarded off-site Floor preparation for grinding/sanding to create appropriate surface for epoxy adhesion Crack and joint repair: fill and repair any cracks, holes or joints using high-quality epoxy repair material or polymerized cement to ensure smooth surface Installation of 4" wall base throughout area Installation of approximately 6,000sf of Epoxy application with flakes (color to be determined) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: 1 year CR Number: 2126578 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
