Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a transportation facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Project consists of all work associated with the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new maintenance storage shop at the east texas regional airport in longview, texas. Demolition of an existing structure will be required. New foundation will be constructed to accommodate new 30'-0" x 30'-0" (approximate) pre-engineered metal building. The project will include some mechanical and electrical work to provide a mini-split unit and general power and lighting to the building. Project will be constructed under s single prime contract.
