Site work and paving for a civil project in Peru, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 5,900 feet of watermain ranging in size from 10" to 12" between Unytite Drive and N. 31st Road. Work includes 110' of steel casing installed under the Peru Industrial Railroad by the jack and bore method along with reconstruction of pavements and other miscellaneous appurtenances. The Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid and be payable to the order of the City of Peru. Bids may be held by the City of Peru for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. Question Deadline 09/26/2025 Bidder shall submit al! questions about the meaning or Intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered,
