The Board of Education of School District No. 39 (Vancouver) invites Responses to this Request for Pre-Qualification from interested General Contractors and Construction Managers with the required expertise, experience, and resources to seismically upgrade or renovate existing facilities, or construct new/replacement K-12 Schools, Child Cares, or mixed-use facilities. Question Deadline 10/15/2025 All questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFQ must only be made in writing and sent to the RFQ Email Address. Reference the RFQ Number of this competition in the subject line of the email. All enquiries to be submitted no later than 5 full business days prior to the RFQ Closing.RFQ EMAIL ADDRESS: VPOCompetitions@vsb.bc.ca (for Enquiries and Response Submissions for this RFQ) This RFQ is intended to develop and maintain separate Pre-Qualification Lists, each for a period of 3 years from qualification. These Lists will generally be based on the types of services and contract values.
