The Town of Stony Plain is seeking a qualified contractor to fulfill preventative maintenance and general repair requirements for the Town's Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning ("HVAC") systems at various Town owned and operated facilities. While preventative maintenance will be scheduled, repair requirements will be on an "as needed and requested" basis. The contractor must possess the qualifications and capabilities necessary to provide reliable, on-going services. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of four (4) years, with an option in favour of the Town to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) years.
