Contractors must comply with all local codes, safety requirements, environmental guidelines and ensure staff are trained and uniformed. Note: Weekly Service is defined as one service every 7 calendar days, with no less than 5 days and no more than 9 days between services and bi-weekly should be within 12-16 days between service. A. Grounds Maintenance (weekly March thru September, bi-weekly October thru February) Mow all turf areas to a uniform height, not less than 2.5 inches Edge all sidewalks, curbs, and planting beds Remove weeds from all planting beds, and paved areas Collect and remove litter, fallen branches, and landscape debris during each site visit
