The Birch Hills County, called "the municipality" is soliciting proposals from qualified, accredited, and professional Agencies for Safety Code Services in the Building, Electrical, Gas, and Plumbing disciplines to the Municipality, as set out in this Request for Proposal document. The Quality Management Plan establishes responsibilities and minimum performance criteria for providing compliance monitoring services under the Safety Codes Act including but not limited to the following: o Plans examinations o Permit approval o Site inspections o Site investigations o Code advice o Variances o Orders o Verification of compliance o Identification and follow-up of deficiencies and unsafe conditions o Issuance of Permit Services Reports o Maintenance of files and records The Municipality is responsible for the Administration, effectiveness, and compliance with the QMP.
