Provide multi-discipline architect-engineer services for various structural projects under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii. Services include preparation of Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction documents, engineering studies and reports (e.g., site investigations, topographical and geotechnical surveys, hazardous material and munitions of explosive concern surveys, hydrographic surveys, concrete corrosion and service life estimates, cost and schedule risk analysis), and post-construction award services (PCAS) such as technical consultation, review of submittals and RFIs, site visits, operations and maintenance support, and record drawings. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a base year and four one-year option periods, plus a six-month extension option. The total contract value shall not exceed $30,000,000, with a guaranteed minimum of $3,000. Task orders will be firm-fixed price with no dollar limit per task or year.
