RFP - Facilities Master Plan - City and WPS Buildings. Scope: designer selection board qualifications based solicitation for a City-wide Facilities Master Plan. Fee to be negotiated - not to exceed $ 800,000.00 Interviews at the discretion of the Board All submissions must comply with the requirements set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance through the Designer Selection Board (see attached application). Questions must be directed in writing to the undersigned by no later than five business days before reply date.
