Friendswood Independent School District (Friendswood ISD, FISD or the District) is seeking qualifications from qualified firms for provision of professional engineering services associated with Testing Lab Services (characterized generally as Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Assessment, and Construction Materials Testing). If awarded, the initial term of this agreement will be November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2027 with the option to renew annually for up to an additional three years. Friendswood ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal(s) determined to be most advantageous to the Friendswood Independent School District and to waive any informality.
