Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in La Habra Heights, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of La Habra Heights (City) is seeking a qualified consultant to update the City's 2023-2028 Pavement Management Program (PMP). The City must have a current updated PMP as required by Metro, Caltrans, and the (FHWA) Federal Highway Administration in order to qualify for funding various projects. A detailed Scope of Work and agreement terms are attached as part of the Appendix Questions regarding this Request for Proposals shall be made in writing via e-mail to the City Manager as identified in this RFP at info@LHHcity.org. All questions or requested clarifications shall be made in writing via e-mail to the City Manager (contact information as noted on the cover page to this RFP) no fewer than five (5) business days prior to the date and time set for opening of proposals.
