As of November 12, 2025, project will rebid. No definite date for the rebid. The Project consists of constructing an LED lighting retrofit at the Center Civic Center. A. The work covered by these contract documents comprises the City of Center, John D. Windham LED Lighting Retrofit. In general terms, the following items are included: 1. LED retrofit of existing lighting fixtures including removal of existing lamps, replacement with LED lamps, and disposal of removed items. B. The scope of work to be completed is defined by the Plans and these Specifications. In general terms the work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and related items as required to complete the Project Please submit questions for this Project 72 hours prior to bid opening through the Q & A portal. Contractors who apply or bid for an award of $100,000 or more shall provide the required certification that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer of employee of any agency, a member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant or any other award covered by 31 USC 1352. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Historically Underutilized Business firms are encouraged to submit bids. General Conditions within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
