This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside acquisition for Project 657A4-25-107, Triennial Electrical Testing, at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and testing necessary to perform work as required by the statement of work, drawings, and specifications. Proposals will be evaluated using the Best Value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes for construction materials must be included in the bid or proposal price. The construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, and the period of performance is 270 calendar days. A single award will be made on Bid Item 1, based on the availability of funding. **Location:** John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, 1500 N Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901, United States. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 270 calendar days. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Lucia.Cowsert@va.gov and Matthew.Finley@va.gov, no later than October 2, 2025, 2:00 PM CST. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
