As of November 5, 2025, the bid was pulled for this project. A re-bid date has not been announced and this project remains on hold. Brief description of project: Install (2) 48" diameter manholes, 430 LF of 8" sewer main and 723 LF of sewer services. If you plan on bidding and are not already on our approved bidders list for this project, you are REQUIRED to fill out the Plan Holders Submittal Form that is located on the City website ONLINE Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Nebraska, or a bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid of all contract construction costs, made payable to the City Treasurer of the City of Hastings, Nebraska, as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to build all the improvements in accordance with this notice and give bond in the sum hereinafter provided for the construction of improvements. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Maintenance Bond in the sum of the full amount of the Contract within ten (10) days of the date of award.
