The City of Conroe is soliciting for the Aquatic Center for a qualified professional to do a structural evaluation. Structural Evaluation Waterslide Structures. Effective January 1, 2025, the TML Risk Pool will not approve TDI Form AR-100 (Amusement Ride Certificate of Inspection/Reinspection) unless the member provides proof of a structural evaluation in accordance with the slide owner's manual and manufacturer's frequency requirements -- or, in the absence of manufacturer guidance, every five years. These evaluations must be performed by a qualified professional and must assess the tower, slide, and related structural components to ensure safety and integrity. The City of Conroe shall have the right to cancel this contract with 30 days written notice for unresolved problems. Otherwise, the contract shall be a Purchase Order. The City reserves the right to award parts of bids, reject any or all bids and to waive technical irregularities in the bids. The award will be made to the bidder/s who provides the goods and services at the best value for the City.
