The Project includes the fol-lowing Work: Sanitary Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation The project involves sewer lining by Curing in Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation. The Bid for the CIPP Trunk Sewer Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation en-compasses but not limited to approximately 6,200 LF of 8" Sanitary Sewers and 290 Ver-tical Feet of Manhole Rehabil-itation, Mobilization, Demobi-lization, Cleaning, Televising, Bypass Pumping, Traffic Con-trol, Point Repairs, Surface Restoration, and Incidentals. This work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and services nec-essary and required to perform the project as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bid Security A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of City of Windsor, Illinois, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid for the Divisions bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Provided the Contractor furnishes proof of proper insurance and bonding in a timely manner, it is anticipated that a Notice of Award of contract will be issued within 60 days of the date bids are opened and that a Notice to Proceed will be is-sued within 10 days of the date of the Notice of Award. This Project shall reach Substantial Completion by November 30, 2026, and Final Completion by December 30, 2026.
