Roll - Up Door and Operator Installation - Camp Parks The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary for the Roll-Up Door Replacement - Camp Parks located at Camp Parks Facilities Maintenance Shop (FMS), 920 6th Street, Dublin, CA 94568. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation, and supervision to install the Roll-up Door and Operator replacement. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/17/2025. Labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of one (1) new commercial duty vinyl sectional overhead doors and roll-up door operators complete with all related hardware and the following benefits on North East Bay Door # 12: 1.1. Remove and dispose of existing roll-up door. 1.2. Remove and dispose of existing roll-up door operator. 1.3. Install commercial duty steel roll-up door with a tan finish on exterior of door and door tracks, doors are approximately 20'3"W x 17'6"H, final door measurement to be verified by contractor. 1.4. Connect new roll-up door to door operator and ensure full operation as designed, the existing doors have electrical supply, if modifications need to be made to the electrical supply that must be coordinated with the Maintenance personnel and CM/ACM. 1.5. Install inside slide lock for security. 1.6. Install weather-strip on the bottom of the door for the proper seal. 1.7. Check/test door in order to ensure door and operator are properly working per door and operator specifications. 1.8. Provide CM/ACM with all door manufacture's warranty and service paperwork. 1.9. Clean-up work site daily and remove any job-related debris.
