Contract 2020-C: General Construction Contract 2020-D: Electrical Construction General Notice Brockway Borough Municipal Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Whetstone High Pressure Tank and Entry Point Shutdown Modifications to Whetstone & Rattlesnake Filter Plants Contractor 2020-C and 2020-D. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 700,000 gallon gross capacity potable water storage tank; construction of the Whetstone Electrical Service Building and associated automatic shutdown valve; construction of the Rattlesnake automatic shutdown valve; associated work at the Keystone Booster Station; and piping renovations, extensions, and connections to the above. Domestic Preference This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
