The City of Sunrise (City) is soliciting bids from responsible, licensed and experienced contractors to provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, expertise and services necessary for remedial roof repair, roof maintenance and roof replacement services. Contractor will provide services on an "as-needed basis". All Bidders shall have a State of Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license and a State of Florida General Contractor's (CGC) license. The Contractor shall be a certified lightning protection Contractor through Underwriters Laboratory (UL). Proof of current licenses should be submitted with the bid. The City of Sunrise reserves its right to expect and demand cooperation from any and all contractors doing work within the City.
