The City of Sunrise is soliciting Qualified Florida State Licensed mechanical contractors for annual preventative maintenance on boilers located at various City of Sunrise building locations. The Contractor shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges and fees and give all notice necessary and incidental to the performance of the work. The City of Sunrise has three types of boiler units: natural gas, solar and electrical. This agreement covers the preventative maintenance, repair services and purchases of parts related to the City's boilers. The following outlines the industry standard routine preventative maintenance for each of these types of units at different locations, per bid document. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Sunrise Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
