Piping improvements at the North Jensen Water Treatment Facility, as well as construction of a raw watermain extension and fiber optic conduit from the County's proposed Floridan well NRO-5 to the North Jensen facility. The project scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, piping, fittings, couplings, accessories, and appurtenances; performing site restoration; conducting testing and pressure testing of the raw watermain; obtaining bacteriological clearances; and implementing vibration monitoring. Contractors will also be responsible for securing all required permits, ensuring compliance with permit conditions, maintaining traffic in accordance with Martin County and FDOT standards, completing necessary paving, and providing all other items depicted in the plans, specifications, and reference documents.
