This project entails the removal of two (2) 115 kV/20.78kV 28MVA transformers and installation of two (2) new 115kV/20.78kV 40 MVA transformers, along with the installation of all associated substructure and wiring required to fully complete the Cooper Substation T1 & T2 Changeout project.
