This projects primary purpose is to replace the failing asphalt in Parking Lot 3 in front of building 3. The contractor is responsible for removal of existing asphalt, regrade to min 2% to all drains, hauling existing asphalt, repaving, curb replacement, replace missing light pole and associated components, repainting pavement markings and restriping of the parking lot.
