Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Question Acceptance Deadline 10/02/2025 05:00 PM EDT Repairs to the Garage Floors at BWSC Headquarters. The scope of work under base bid includes repairing deteriorated concrete flooring throughout the garage, including surface preparation, patching, and resealing of the concrete flooring. All parking stalls, directional arrows, ADA-compliant spaces, and other pavement markings will be removed and restriped. Interior wall painting will also be performed across the garage, including surface cleaning, preparation, and application of coatings designed to provide long-term protection and a uniform finish. Construction activities shall be phased to maintain garage access at all times, ensuring uninterrupted operational use of the facility. Work sequencing must be coordinated closely with the Boston Water and Sewer Commission (BWSC). The Contractor shall implement appropriate signage, barriers, and controls to safeguard both vehicles and pedestrians during all stages of work. The Contractor is responsible for providing barricades, dust protection, and maintaining egress clearances and interior temperatures during the Work while working in occupied spaces.
