Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/04 02:00:00 PM NDT The scope of work under this contract generally includes, but is not limited to, all labour, materials and equipment required for the removal of the damaged sections of the existing timber seawall, the removal and stockpiling of existing beach material (sand and rock), armorstone and the reconstruction of the damaged timber seawall section with existing and new armorstone (Option #1) or timber cribs and armorstone (Option #2) as indicated on the project drawings. The contractor shall be responsible for carrying out a pre-survey and post survey of the repair area to quantify armorstone quantities and final elevations. Due to funding limitations, the most economical option will be awarded. The bidder with the lowest cost of either Option #1 or Option #2 shall be awarded the work not the lowest combined price.
