Primary bid items: Construction Surveying, Flaggers, Replace Cement Concrete Panel, Sealing Existing CCP Joint, Cement Conc. Curb Ramp, Monolithic Cement Conc. Curb and Sidewalk, Traffic Signal System PPB, Permanent Signing, and Striping. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted using the electronic . Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids, or cancel the bid if the best interests of Clark County are not served.
