Site work for a mixed-use development in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation (MassDOT) Highway Division in Recreational Facilities to bid on the above project Locations: 750 Meadow St., Chicopee and 42 Maynard St., Agawam, Massachusetts The project consists of all improvements associated with the modernization of the DCR Chicopee and Agawam aquatics facilities. The purpose of this work is to replace the existing spray deck at Chicopee and install a new spray deck at Agawam with new features and piping. Scope of work further includes all associated electrical, mechanical, structural and civil improvements. The applicable local minority workforce utilization percentage is a minimum goal of 15.3%. The applicable local women workforce utilization percentage is a minimum goal of 6.9% Question Deadline 10/16/2025 Any questions by prospective Bidders concerning interpretation of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to the Awarding Authority and should be in its possession at least five working days before the date set for the receipt of Bids Written Questions shall be submitted to: Attn: Keith LaPorte, Project Manager Department of Conservation and Recreation Email: keith.b.laporte@mass.gov
