Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; industrial development; and industrial development.

Bid questions will be due by email to Tony Popp (tpopp@tri-arch.com) no later than 5:00 PM on (Day/Date) 2025. Project Location - 716 W. Osage Ave. Nowata, OK 74048 A. Include the work specified, shown or reasonably inferred as part of the foodservice equipment. Portions of the work may be subcontracted to those qualified to do the work as required by jurisdictional trade agreements and restrictions. B. The kitchen equipment will be furnished and installed by the Foodservice Contractor in the base bid. As of October 7, 2025, the bid date has been extended from today to October 14, 2025, per addendum 3. New Practice Facility, Agriculture Barn, Athletic Fields Improvements, Cafeteria Storm Shelter addition, Administrative Office addition, High School and Elementary School renovation. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Your Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Subcontractor shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds in the full amount of this Subcontract if required by Stout Construction, Inc. Bonds shall be written with a surety acceptable to the Contractor, and such surety must be on the current U.S. Treasury Circular 570 of sureties approved for federal contracts.
