Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Repair deteriorating concrete on the upper concourse of LeLacheur Park The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: A. The Base Bid shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and accessories necessary to perform all renovations associated with the Edward A. LeLacheur Park Improvements Project, in accordance with the Contract Documents. B. Supply all necessary chutes, disposal facilities, transportation, and labor necessary to dispose of all demolished materials, dirt, and debris off-site in a legal dumping area. The Contractor shall obtain all permits necessary to transport and dispose of all materials, rubbish, and debris. C. Remove loose and delaminated concrete at locations designated as "Delaminated Concrete" on Contract Drawings. Following removal of loose concrete, perform concrete spall repairs. D. Repair concrete spalls where designated on the Contract Drawings. Provide in place mockups showing the proposed aggregate material to match the surrounding slab finish E. Post-clean existing and new concrete components after performing concrete repairs at the site. Clean and restore all areas affected by the work. LeLacheur Park Upper Concourse Concrete Replacement and Masonry Repairs.
