This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation by Simon Fraser University (SFU) to prospective proponents (the "Proponents") to submit their responses in compliance with the requirements outlined in this RFSQ. The objective of this RFSQ is to establish a list of Qualified District Energy Systems Prime Consultants whom SFU will engage to respond to specific invitations to bid for projects, or to directly award work across SFU's Burnaby, Surrey, and Vancouver campuses in connection with projects. The engagement of Qualified District Energy Systems Prime Consultants will be on an as-needed basis for design and construction phase services for projects with estimated construction costs up to $5,000,000, or for pre-design services for projects, provided the overall pre-design fee does not exceed $300,000. The scope of these projects will include services to be provided in connection with works to be completed for various buildings and infrastructure, among other matters (refer to RFSQ Section 2.2, "Scope of Work," for additional details).
