The Rockford Park District is soliciting for a qualifications-based selection process (QBS) to complete design, engineering, permitting, construction plan preparation, bidding, and construction administration services associated with the dredging of the upstream sedimentation basin located just west of Levings Lake and Levings Lake. The Rockford Park District is seeking a Design Professional that specializes in hydrological engineering, water resources engineering, environmental engineering, aquatic surveying or a similar field. Interested applicants must submit all documentation that is outlined within this Request. The Rockford Park District honors prevailing wages. If applicable, the awarded Contractor, including subcontractors, is required to comply with all provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, including the payment of wages and fringe benefits as required by law, and the submission of certified payroll transcripts.
