The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a bidder if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders. The work required under this tender must be completed within 14 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required to procure materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company.
