Construction Start: October 27, 2025 (pending award) B. Construction Substantial Completion: May 15, 2026 C. Construction Final Completion: May 22, 2026 Question Deadline 10/08/2025 Notify the PROJECT MANAGER of omissions, discrepancies, or ambiguities in the Bidding Documents. Submit requests for interpretation or correction in writing, to be received by the PROJECT MANAGER not later than five (5) business days before the bid opening date. Benson Family Aquatic Center Benson Park, 2345 Atlantic Ave, Benson, MN 56215 The Contractor shall construct a fully operating facility, as awarded in the base bid and alternates, according to the design documents to include this manual, the drawings and all addendums and clarifications; 1. Compliance with project safety requirements in accordance with applicable laws. 2. All temporary facilities, barricades and cover related to contractors work to include maintenance of security, safety, cleanliness and protection of materials in area. 3. On-going clean-up of work areas and removal of debris related to contractors work. 4. Mobilization and phasing of work as required by the project construction schedule. 5. Coordinate with the Owner, Construction Manager and other Contractors to comply with the Owners occupancy requirements during construction. Contractors are required to meet State and Local requirements for occupancy by area. 6. Provisions for shop drawings, submittals, samples, manufacturers installation instructions, manufacturers certificates, Owner Instruction, O & M Manuals, and warranties as outlined in the Project Specifications as applicable to the work of each contract. 7. Conformance with the Contract closeout procedure as outlined in the project specifications. 8. Hoisting, deliveries and material storage. 9. All winter or weather conditions as associated with each prime contractors scope of work as necessary to ensure completion of the project by close-out date specified.
