Labor only bid for approximately 9,500 square feet gym floor recoat refinish. Clean the entire gym floor Tape up areas that do not need dust, etc. Screen gym floor with proper sander and pads Sweep and clean all dust, trash, etc., from the gym area (bleachers, floor, balcony, etc.). Apply two (2) coats of GymShoe (Equivalent) water-base with proper technique and skills. Finish must be done according to the school's expectations for payment. Final clean-up and work must be inspected before payment with one (1) year warranty. Materials: DCES will provide water-base finish coating and sanding pads.
