Site work for a civil project in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Base bid scope of work includes installation of approximately 1,325 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer and 7 manholes; installation of a 20-horsepower suction lift sanitary sewer duplex pump station with concrete wet well (depth of approximately 25 feet); installation of 2,400 linear feet of 4-inch sewer force main; and installation of 1,325 linear feet of 6-inch water line and associated valves and fire hydrants. Additive Alternate 1 includes installation of approximately 600 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer and 3 manholes as well as 750 linear feet of 6-inch water line and associated valves. Additive Alternate 2 includes installation of approximately 450 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer and 3 manholes. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A Bid Bond or other bond security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must accompany the submitted bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the contract amount. All bids shall remain binding for a period of 60 days after the bid date and time. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6). No faxed bids will be accepted. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Water and Sewer Extension – Springer Road.” Failure to comply with all bidding and envelope requirements will automatically disqualify such bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
