Sealed bids are requested for Bathroom Upgrades at TN048-007 and Window Replacement at TN048-002. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 (TCA 62-6-119), and all bid submissions must conform to the State of Tennessee requirements. Evidence of a license in the appropriate classification must be provided before a bid can be considered. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid opening. Prospective bidders may obtain contract documents with a deposit at the architecture office listed. A prebid conference and walk-through are recommended for all contractors.
