Renovation of a municipal facility in Troy, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Work includes the phased renovation of approximately 27,000 SF of the existing Montgomery County Courthouse, with an added elevator and renovated courtroom and office space. The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a Renovation of the Montgomery County Courthouse located at 108 E Main St. Troy, NC 27371 . The Project consists of the phased renovation of the Montgomery County Courthouse. The Courthouse will be occuipied during construction. Proposed Phasing is generally one floor at a time. Scope includes the addition of a new elevator, a new courtroom spaces, and new office suites, and significant modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The County reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals. Q/A :- Questions may be directed to Lauren Beverly at LBeverly@CPLteam.com. Questions will be accepted through Thursday, October 16, 2025. A final Addendum will be issued no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
