Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrison, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a 0-square-foot, one-story above grade, 0-story below grade playground / park / athletic field; and 0-square-foot, one-story above grade, 0-story below grade playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of the construction of accessible concrete walkways, concrete pads, a pavilion, a new playground, and site furnishings, including the installation of new benches and the relocation of existing site furnishings. All relevant State and/or Federal requirements will apply. This project does require Davis-Bacon wage rates and Build American, Buy America. Bids for the project will only be accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors to receive notices of addendums and updates. All addendums will be issued through the QuestCDN electronic bidding site, and it is the responsibility of the contractor, subcontractor, vendor, or individual to review all addendums twenty-four (24) hours prior to bid. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Tanya Moore via email only to tanyam@spicergroup.com with a copy sent to Project Assistant at jodie.hebner@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on October 9, 2025.
