Part B: Hyatt Drive W. Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) The Hyatt Drive W. SCM will be a Constructed Wetland and will include approximately 8,000 CY excavation, inlet/outlet piping and associated structures, demolition of existing storm drainage, planting of wetland vegetation and sedimentation / erosion control measures. Bidders must comply with the Owner's requirements for W/MBE documentation. BIDDERS shall be properly licensed under Chapter 87, General Statutes of North Carolina. CONTRACTOR shall comply with the requirements of Article 2, Chapter 64 of the General Statutes.
