Design of this project will be executed in multiple phases as Work Orders under a Work Order style Agreement between the City and the awarded Consultant. The first Work Order will be for 30 percent design with a Process Design Report (PDR) Amendment for inclusion with a Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Application and will be as described in the below scope of proposal.
